Dhanditech Shipping Policy

Delivery to mainland UK is free on every order, and we ship worldwide by quote. This policy applies to orders placed at dhanditech.com with APE ELECTRONICS LTD trading as Dhanditech.

1. UK delivery

Delivery times are estimates counted from the day your payment clears. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Each product page shows the estimate for that item.

Outside mainland UK

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands may cost extra and take longer. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.

Large items

Larger products are shipped in flight cases or crates and may arrive in more than one parcel. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

2. International delivery

We ship worldwide, and international delivery is priced by quote based on your destination and the weight and size of your order. Request a quote through our international shipping page and we will reply within 24 to 48 hours.

International orders usually arrive within 11 to 21 days. We will confirm the estimate for your order with your quote.

Customs, duties and taxes

For many regions we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, where import duties and local taxes are included in the price you pay us and nothing further is due on arrival. Your quote will state whether your order is shipped DDP.

Where DDP is not available, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged in your country. These are outside our control, so please check with your local customs office before ordering. If a parcel is refused or returned because these charges are not paid, we will deduct our shipping costs from any refund.

3. Tracking your order

We email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details when your order leaves us. If you have not received it within the estimated time for your order, check your junk folder and then contact us.

4. Damaged, faulty or missing items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, missing or not what you ordered, email support@dhanditech.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this when you sign for the delivery.

We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Reporting promptly helps us resolve the problem and claim from the courier; it does not affect your legal rights.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will trace it with the courier. Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

5. Delivery address and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address and phone number before you place your order. If you need to change them, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot change an address once the order has been dispatched.

If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, the courier may try again or return the order to us. We may charge the cost of sending it out a second time.

6. Delays

We do our best to meet the estimated times, but delays can happen because of courier problems, customs checks, bad weather or busy periods. We will tell you as soon as we know your order is delayed. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, or within the longer period we agreed with you for a built-to-order item, you may cancel for a full refund.
