Once the brief is agreed and the design is signed off, we manufacture everything, brand it to the client spec and deliver directly to the event site, venue or your office. White-label packaging and documentation is available if you need it.

How we work with agencies
Share the client brief with us
Send us the brief, the brand guidelines and any existing creative concepts. We treat all client information as confidential. If you need an NDA before sharing anything, just ask and we will get one signed.
We produce designs for your approval before anything goes further
We work directly to your instructions and produce a 3D visualisation of the deliverables. Everything comes back to you first. You review and approve before we present anything to the client or move into production. You stay in full control.
We manufacture and deliver on time
Once the design is approved, we manufacture all the physical elements to the client spec and deliver to the event site, venue or your office. We meet the timelines we agree at the start of the project and communicate early if anything changes.
Compliance and documentation
Does the installation need structural sign-off before the event?
Many venues and councils require structural calculations, wind load assessments and compliance documentation before allowing temporary structures on site. We can provide all of this as part of the project, saving your account team from having to manage it separately.
We handle the technical compliance side so your team does not have to.
Our co-founder is a qualified civil engineer. He reviews structural and installation plans against venue and council requirements and produces the documentation needed to get approval without delays to your project timeline.
