We show you exactly how your stand will look before production starts

Send us your brand guidelines and your stand dimensions or shell scheme allocation. We build a full 3D visualisation of your stand so you can walk through it digitally, sign off every element and go into production with complete confidence.

02 / Manufacture and delivery

We produce everything and deliver it to the venue

Once you have approved the design, we manufacture every element, from the stand frame to the printed graphics, and deliver directly to the exhibition venue or your address before the show. Your team sets up on the day.

From brief to stand, step by step

Tell us about the show and your space

Let us know the event name, your stand size or shell scheme dimensions and what you want to achieve on the day. We will ask a few follow-up questions and come back with a 3D visualisation of your stand, designed to your brand.

We design to your brand and get sign-off

Using your brand guidelines, we apply your identity across every element of the stand. You review the 3D render, give us your feedback and we refine it. Our engineer also checks that the design meets any venue-specific build regulations at this stage.

We manufacture and deliver to the venue

Everything is produced, branded and delivered directly to the exhibition venue or your address in advance of the show. Your team sets it up on the day using the setup documentation we include with every order. We are available on WhatsApp throughout.

Does your stand design meet the venue build regulations?

Most exhibition venues have rules around stand height, materials, rigging restrictions and fire safety certification. Getting this wrong means your stand gets rejected on setup day. We check these requirements against your design before anything goes into production.

Questions we get asked a lot

Do you come to the show and set it up?
We deliver everything to the venue or your address before the show. Setup is down to your team, but we include clear assembly documentation with every order and we are available on WhatsApp if anything comes up on the day.
What if I do not know my stand dimensions yet?
That is fine. Share what you do know and we will work with it. Once you have your official stand allocation from the show organiser, we can refine the design. We are used to working to tight timelines.
My venue needs a risk assessment and structural sign-off. Can you help?
Yes. Our co-founder Hussam is a qualified civil engineer and can review your stand design against the venue requirements and produce the documentation you need. This is included on larger stand orders and available as a standalone service.
Can we reuse the stand at future events?
Absolutely. Everything we supply is yours to keep and designed to be packed down, transported and set up again. We can also update graphics between events if your branding changes.
We have our own designer. Can you just produce the physical stand from their artwork?
Yes. Send us the artwork files and stand dimensions and we will take it from there. If there are any production file requirements, we will let you know what we need upfront.
