Once the design is approved, we deliver everything you need to use it across all your channels. Print files, web assets, Shopify theme, 3D renders, everything organised and handed over clearly. We stay available for questions after handover.

Questions we get asked a lot

I have a rough idea but no proper brief. Is that okay?
Completely fine. Most of our clients come to us with a rough idea rather than a formal document. We will ask the right questions to draw out what you actually need and turn that into a clear project plan.
How many revisions do I get?
We build in a structured revision process on every project. For brand identity work, two rounds of revisions is the average to reach a final approved concept. We will agree the revision process upfront so there are no surprises.
Can you match an existing brand we already have?
Yes. If you already have brand guidelines, send them over and we will work within them. If your existing brand is inconsistent or unclear, we can tidy it up at the same time.
Do you do ongoing design work or just one-off projects?
Both. Some clients come to us for a specific one-off project and others work with us on an ongoing retainer for regular design work. We are happy to discuss what makes sense for your situation.
How long does a Shopify build take?
It depends on the scope, but most standard Shopify builds take between two and four weeks from design sign-off to handover. We will give you a firm timeline once we understand what you need.
